We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination of your order.
How do I use online coupon codes for special offers?
From time to time Red Diamond offers discounts for online purchases through unique promo codes. You can use your unique promo code during the checkout process of your purchase. What methods of payment do you accept?

How can I tell that my online order has been submitted?

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Online orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No - currently we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Why do I need to keep my Red Diamond Ready to Drink tea refrigerated?
Red Diamond Ready-to-Drink Tea is fresh-brewed from actual tea leaves, never from concentrate or powders. Our tea contains no preservatives and is not shelf-stable so it must be refrigerated at all times. Once opened we recommend consuming the product within 5-7 days, and before the product’s expiration date.
Can I use my Red Diamond Rewards points on my recurring subscription orders?
