    • We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination of your order.
  • How do I use online coupon codes for special offers?
    • From time to time Red Diamond offers discounts for online purchases through unique promo codes. You can use your unique promo code during the checkout process of your purchase.   • How can I tell that my online order has been submitted?

    • Online orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
    • No - currently we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Which carrier do you used for shipping?
    • Your package will be shipped via FedEx.
