How do I join Red Diamond Rewards?

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.

How do I earn points?

Points are accumulated through every purchase you make on the Red Diamond Website at the rate of one point for every dollar spent.

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

Log in to your store account and go to the Use Points Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order).

Can I use my points on my recurring subscription orders?

Unfortunately, points are not accepted on recurring subscription orders at this time.

Do you share my account information with anyone outside of Red Diamond?

We never share your account information with third parties.  We may send you occasional promotional emails, but you have the option to opt-out at any time.
