At Home
By pledging to improve our own environmental impact, Red Diamond is making a solemn promise to the planet to hold ourselves accountable at home. Our efforts include:
- Saving 8.4 million gallons of potable water since 2023 due to natural irrigation sources on Red Diamond’s campus
- Reducing 67% in pesticides from 2018 to 2024 by using safe, high-quality products with increased effectiveness
- Reducing 50% in fossil fuel usage since 2014 by transitioning to battery operated equipment
- Growing native plant materials around campus to aid in the increased population of pollinators
- Preserving a 3-acre wetland on campus to promote a healthy local ecosystem
- Incorporating an electric vehicle charging station for employees

Grounds for Health
Helping Support Global Wellness Initiatives in Coffee-Growing Countries
In keeping with Red Diamond’s commitment to the world’s coffee communities, we proudly invest in organizations that we believe will improve the economic, social and environmental outlook of the future. We are thrilled to be an ongoing sponsor of Grounds for Health. Cervical cancer has a higher mortality rate than nearly any other cancer, and yet this disease is easily detectable and highly treatable when caught early. With 70% of the coffee farming labor force being made up of women, access to cervical-cancer screening services is critical.
Red Diamond is a proud sponsor of Grounds for Health – an organization dedicated to cervical cancer prevention in women who work in the coffee farming regions. With over 230,000 women screened and over 19,000 women treated, its mission to protect women from the threat of cervical cancer exemplifies the Red Diamond ethos of working together to build a more socially sustainable future for all.
